NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION: Perfect for those new to yoga or continuing students who want to learn proper positioning, use of props
and what to expect in a yoga class.

CHAIR YOGA: Practiced in a chair, this class is specifically
designed for Seniors, people with physical challenges (such as MS, Diabetes, Arthritis, Obesity, etc)
or anyone wanting a slower-paced exercise program. Yoga poses focus on balance, strength and flexibility.
Only $5 per class and held every other Thursday at the Studio, and the opposite Thursday at the
Vista Library for FREE. Check our website for dates. All Levels/Gentle.
DE-STRESS YOGA: Need to unwind from your busy life and sleep more soundly?
By offering deep breathing exercises and stress-releasing postures, you will be
guided slowly and easily into a state of relaxation. Find some peace in your day and
learn how to free your mind from life's distractions so you can rest. Level 1-2/Gentle.
GENTLE YOGA: Gentle Yoga focuses on stretching and toning muscles that are often neglected, but so important to keeping you healthy and mobile. The slower, gentler pace is easy enough for beginners, and great for everyone who wants/needs to slow down a bit. All Levels/Gentle.
HATHA YOGA: Hatha Yoga is a series of breathing and stretching techniques to help you build more stamina, strength and flexibility to meet life's everyday challenges. Each class offers breathing exercises to encourage relaxation as well as body-toning sequences that will keep you motivated. Level 1-2/Active and Level 2-3/Active.
KIDS YOGA: Kids learn to control their bodies, explore their breath, and learn to relax and re-group. See schedule for series information. All Levels - Ages 4-9.
POWER VINYASA: What do you get when you combine a diverse flow with elements of Ashtanga? Power Vinyasa! If you like your yoga class to be loose and unpredictable then this class is for you! Our Power Vinyasa class offers a healthy, challenging workout that is intense and flowing - with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. Level 2-3/Active.
RE-ENERGIZING YOGA: Offers a balance of gentle and active flow of movement. Experience a high level of awareness and relaxation, and build up healthier life energy through the chakras. Combining creativity and mindfulness, you will find a new level of motivation, intuition and imagination, including the magic of color and music for your benefit. Level 1-2/Active.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: A Restorative Yoga Class is a great complement to your regular yoga practice, or if you just need time for relaxing and restoring your energy. Restorative is all about being in poses passively, letting gravity and breath do their magic to restore your overused body. It is the one class where we get to just lie around and let it happen. All Levels/Gentle.
SUNDAY MEDITATION: Meditation is a key to quieting the mind and bringing about a more relaxed and focused state of consciousness. Through meditation and contemplation, answers to life's questions often arise. Come and experience the connection to your true self and all living creatures. Participants need no prior experience. Class is FREE. All Levels.
SLOW FLOW HATHA YOGA:Hatha Yoga vinyasa flow choreography set to anatomical alignment principals. Inspirational messages are woven through the fabric of class while you enjoy fun, rhythmic and relaxing mix of music and movement. Level 1-2/Active.
YIN YOGA: A relaxed practice of floor postures. Using slow, deep stretches, Yin Yoga opens and stimulates core connective tissue, increasing fluidity, calming the mind and encouraging a sense of joy and well being. It is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. All Levels/Gentle.
YOGA FOR A HEALTHY BACK: A therapeutic approach offering healing and prevention of injuries and ailments. Learn healthy movements of all the major joints of the body with special attention given to developing a functional and happy spine. In this class we will explore the basic body mechanics of the spine and limitations during injury. All Levels/Gentle.
YOGA FOR CANCER RECOVERY: This FREE class is open to all cancer patients and caregivers. The class is gentle and will teach you ways to relax, breathe and meditate. All Levels/Gentle.
YOGA FOR TEEN GIRLS: This FREE class is for Girls ages twelve and older. Expect to laugh, move, express yourself, learn to turn inward, meditate and relax, all that, and get strong too! Music is a mix of Pop, classic rock and Yoga music. Movement and posture instruction flows with the energy of the students as we engage in self expression exercises, breathwork and meditation. All Levels.
YOGA FOR THERAPY AND REHABILITATION: Special classes where you will learn practical tips to keep you safe from injury, help you heal after surgery or an injury, and how to best modify yoga poses based on your physical limitations. All are welcome. Check the website for our current schedule. All Levels/Gentle.
ALL LEVELS/GENTLE: An ideal class for all ages who enjoy a gentler, slower class. Suitable for students with special needs and experienced students who happen to like the pace. Use of a chair is optional.
LEVEL 1-2/GENTLE: Similar to a Gentle All Levels class, but with a few poses introduced for more strength, balance and flexibility.
ALL LEVELS ACTIVE: Class with movement and breathwork combined with relaxing and active poses. Teachers provide
options for all levels of students from Beginners to Advanced. Come and be playful!
LEVEL 1-2/ACTIVE: A well-rounded, active Yoga class promoting mind, body and spirit integration through asanas (postures), vinyasa (flow), pranayama (focused breathing), and deep relaxation. Teacher will offer modifications and options for a supportive and inspiring class.
LEVEL 2-3/ACTIVE: A vigorous yoga class that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Energize the body and uplift your spirit in this dynamic Yoga practice. Each week challenging poses will be introduced in a safe and invigorating environment.
