After 17 years of dance training Erin was looking for something a little easier on her body. She stumbled upon yoga at her local gym and was slightly interested. It wasn’t until she got pregnant and found Yoga Vista that she fell in love with the practice. After the birth of her daughter, Erin left the insurance industry to focus on her family—and yoga!
Erin completed the Roots & Wings teacher training program, registered with Yoga Alliance and began teaching pre and post natal yoga. Erin currently teaches numerous kid and adult classes around the county. With a love for active, free form classes, Erins’ focus is always on a joyful experience!
