Kimmi is “young” senior that has been practicing yoga for only about 6yrs. She discovered that yoga helped so much with the chronic pain of fibromyalgia and a low back injury. Kimmi felt strength, in Warrior II and takes that with her through the ups and downs of life. She believes that she wouldn’t be walking without her gentle yoga practice. Kimmi decided to take the leap into training when her mentor and friend Dannette started The School of Gentle Yoga. She only had the intention of taking in more information and trying to find that special inner peace that one sees in the yoga world. That changed and she is eager to share the magic of yoga with you.
