Yoga healed my body after many years of physical pain and a mystery illness.  Then yoga put me on a path to health and wellness that would eventually lead to teaching – which is another word for sharing, sharing my love for this healing modality that also brings fun, laughter, humility and strength.  I may never be able to get into the splits but together we will have fun and feel great after exploring what is possible for our own body, mind and spirit.  We will celebrate our individuality on our mats and honor what is – in any given moment.   The only goal in yoga is to feel better at the end of each class by being more peaceful and at ease.
